February 11, 2025 – Woodland Correctional Facility – Staff Assault

A prisoner became combative during a search, injuring four officers. One officer sustained a broken finger from a bite, another tore their ACL, a third strained their shoulder and neck, and a fourth likely pulled a hamstring.
