Prisoner was placed on the ground by staff and he was secured in wrist restraints.  Prisoner was then escorted to A-Unit where he once again became combative with staff.  Prisoner was again placed on the ground and his clothing was cut off with safety scissors.  Prisoner was then placed in (A-3) on POA 1 on1 status due to his erratic and aggressive behavior.  Officer A received a small cut to his lip and stated he did not need treatment.  CHX-212, Misconducts and 571 are forthcoming.
