Now Hiring: MCO Member Engagement Associate

Michigan Corrections Organization/SEIU Local 526M is seeking a Member Engagement Associate. 

This position was created to develop and implement an innovative field program to improve membership engagement and assist with member benefits. 

Candidate must have the capacity to learn health care benefits information as well as develop and maintain member discount programs. Must also be comfortable meeting MCO members inside various prisons at different security levels. Must be available and willing to travel throughout Michigan and be willing to work occasional long and irregular hours.

This position will require a pro-union mindset and general knowledge of labor issues, politics, communications and clerical duties.  Experience with Microsoft Office programs and other computer skills will be required.
