Senate Subcommittee Proposes Prison Closures

The Department has put out the following Special Announcement.  Although we feel like they have characterized this process correctly, we would just like to remind everyone that the Appropriations Subcommittee on Corrections proposed this budget which is part of a longer process.  There could be changes to this proposal and as this process unfolds there will be more information to come.
